Rugby Boat Sales is committed to providing excellent service and skilful marketing to help private owners find the right buyer for their boat. The long experience of both extensive cruising and living aboard, coupled with honest descriptions, high quality photography and presentation provides a service almost no other broker can match.

The owner, Dominic Miles, has a wide experience of the waterways, cruising virtually the entire system on a 58ft 6in Colecraft for some years in the 1990s and writing as regular contributor to Waterways World about his travels. He also contributed a number of practical articles about life afloat.

In 1997 he took his Dutch skutsje (a type of sailing barge), Gideon, to Ireland where he spent several years exploring the waterways, and wrote a series of articles about his experiences for Canal & Riverboat (now "Canals and Rivers").

Linda Knipe joined Rugby Boat Sales in August 2010. She lives on her own 60ft Stowe Hill boat and is also a fully qualified HGV1 instructor.
